Beyonce's behind has inspired me.

I don't know about you, but when I saw Beyonce's performance at the Grammy's,
I could NOT stop staring at her butt.
I've watched this performance more times than I can count.
I even sat The Dizzle down and said, "You must watch this! Look at her butt!"
I'm sure he had no complaints.


Anyway, yesterday I saw this "30 Day Squat Challenge,"
and well, I have decided I shall be partaking in hopes of Beyoncifying my ass.

  1. I am absolutely going to do this once I am off crutches - have you check out the Fab Fit one? It is about the same number of squats but at different angles so you can get your whole booty toned!

  2. I'm SO down to do this challenge! I was sitting there in awe of Beyonce's performance, thinking, "Damn! I wish I was that sexy." And then I definitely tried to do some of her moves...unsuccessfully. Womp womp. But her butt is still amazing. I already have a big butt, but it definitely needs to be toned up. I'm starting this squat challenge TODAY!

  3. Oh wow! I hadn't seen this! This song is my favorite from her new CD, and her booty is definitely a great motivation for doing more squats! I did this challenge in November or December, and the last week was pure torture! Haha! Good luck! :)

  7. I just feel like 250 squats could definitely take a TON of time! I guess if you break it down into 10 sets of 25 it would seem feasible?

  10. Yes, yes, and a million times YES! I've been Beyoncessed lately since I bought her new album (which also comes with all the music videos for each song - i.e. lots of Beyonce booty shots) and I've been doing squats and hip lifts to get my ass to Queen Bey status!!
