I'll be honest with you, for as much as I talk about Fasha on this blog, I've never actually told him about it. I figured for as much as I make fun of his Korean ways, it'd probably be best if I kept it between me and the world wide web.
So you could imagine my surprise when Fasha texted me yesterday saying:
"I love reading mish loving life. The best!!!!"
Um, first of all Dad, it's: Mish LOVIN' Life. Not 'loving'.
But I'll let it slide; you're foreign. ;)
He said he thought my blog is, and I quote,
"So~ funny. Entertaining^^ thank you."
I'm not quite sure what all the symbols in the text meant, or what exactly he was thanking me for,
but hey: Glad you like the blog, Fasha.
I told him he's pretty famous on this ol' thang and that all my bloggy friends love him.
Know what he says next?
He wants to start a blog too.
But, like any true Asian would, only after first clarifying this important piece of information:
So there ya have it.
Fasha...a fellow blogger.
Pretty sure that's the best news I've heard in a while.
...
xoxo
Bahaha, this is the most amazing ever. And I know that you'll pass along the URL, right?

ReplyDeleteAs I'm going backwards through your blog (I promise I'm not creepy, I just think you're hilarious and it's entertaining to the point that I'm reading your blog while watching Olympic highlights), it so reminds me of growing up in a Filipino-American family. I love all of your Fasha posts and I need to start blogging more on my mom and Filipino quirks.
