It's time to get down to business.

Last night, V Dizz told me he was going out with his buddy to watch the basketball playoffs
{or something like that. I kind of zoned out when sports entered the conversation}.

So anyway, I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to be productive.
We're leaving for korea in two days. Two days!
And judging from the amount of laundry on my bathroom floor,
I'm no where near being ready to go.

It's funny, if you ask anyone around me,
they'd tell you how much of an organizer and planner I am when it comes to "life."
But when it comes to packing for a trip,
or I suppose the state of my bedroom on any given day,
I'm highly unorganized and the biggest procrastinator around.

So with that said,
do you think I actually got that laundry done last night?
Of course not.
Roomie and I went out drinking instead.
And drink we did.

But anyway.
Tonight is the night. I'm sure of it!
The Dizz wants us to run 7 miles this afternoon,
but I just don't see how in the world there will be time for such shenanigans!
There is laundry to be done! Packing to be planned! Lists to be made!
So you see, Darling Boo {if you're reading this, and I know you are},
I just don't think running would be anything other than a distraction.
Don't you agree? ;)

  1. I totally agree. Don't run. Don't do laundry either though. Instead go shipping and bring an entirely new wardrobe with you to Korea. You are welcome for the idea.

  2. Oh shit. Damn phone. Go SHOPPING!

  3. haha running is definitely not a good idea tonight. :) have a fabulous trip!

  4. Mustttt be a Michelle thing! Haha. Have fun in Korea!!! And best of luck to you getting that laundry done! I dread laundry!

  5. woman! I don't know how you could wait till the last minute. I want to come help you... like 2 weeks ago! :]

  6. Hey you can always buy new clothes!!lol kidding.. kinda! I say get to packing for that trip!

  7. Screw laundry. Laundry's lame anyway. But there are still so many things to be done! I just don't think 7 miles will work for you today. I just don't think so.

  8. I am the same way when it comes to packing and laundry. Magically everything I want to pack is in the dirty clothes pile. Never fails.

  9. haha that picture looks like my closet right now, laundry is the death of me! OMG 2 days!!! So lucky!

  10. I am a last minute packer as well, but mostly because I can never decide what I want to wear. I'm always waiting for 'inspiration' to come to me haha.

Good luck with those laundry piles!

  11. I think you should bring an empty suitcase and buy all new clothes in Korea.

I see some Hello Kitty in your future.

  12. i'm completely the same. i'm pretty well organized for the most part. but when something big like a trip especially if it was going to korea i become a procrastinator and i find everything/anything like going out drinking to distract me from doing that at hand. =)

  13. Yes, tackle that laundry. You wouldn't want to go to Korea with no clothes and you don't want to come back with a dirty pile.

  14. My husband was stationed in Korea for a year with the military! He was in Seoul, and really enjoyed it! Have a great time!
